Structure and organisation

The general meeting is the big meeting of the year where all the members of the club meet. We take stock of our activities, our projects, our results, but also the financial health of the club. It is also the time when everyone can express themselves and when important decisions are made collectively. 


To animate the life of the club on a daily basis, we have a board of directors, composed of members elected by the general meeting (up to 15 maximum).


Their mission:

To ensure the smooth running of the club and ensure that everything works in accordance with the statutes. At their side, the office acts as the "engine" team of the board of directors. It includes the president, one or more vice-presidents, the treasurer (and possibly an assistant treasurer), as well as the secretary (with, if necessary, an assistant secretary). Together, they ensure the implementation of decisions and accompany projects on a daily basis.


All operating rules and the roles of each person are detailed in our statutes, which serve as a reference guide to ensure a clear and effective organisation.
